Everything this book has to say could be reduced to about one chapter. Very disappointing. Rambles on and on without saying anything.
The book recommends starting with a 7 day fast, then eating non-stressor foods which total a few hundred calories per day after that.
The good in this book - eat raw veggies, don't eat partially hydrogenized fats, etc - are things you will find everywhere and seem to be proven. But, overall, anecedol evidence of one person's recovery is a recommendation for everyone in the book to do something. Wheelchair bound Enid C stopped going to her doctor then made a full recovery, was walking, was completely pain free, became healthy, resumed her life - all witin six weeks. Just becuase she fasted and followed the book's diet. Don't believe it? See page 24. In summary, this off-the-wall "medical" book disprages the entire medical community and their knowledge. If you believe this book, only this book, with its extremes is able to solve everything for everybody all the time. Yeah, right. Waste of paper.
