Another great book by Johanna Edwards!
This is a great story of Kylie's journey to find happiness in her life. She is a cool instructor and it is interesting reading about all her clients. She encounters unexpected stresses in her own life but she still manages to come out of it all happy.

I really didn't enjoy this and I was surprised....I really wanted to like it. I don't know if the author was trying to say size doesn't matter, thin is better, you have to make you're own happiness? Teenagers suck LOL? Or nothing at all. The story touches on all of this but never settles anywhere.
The character's story is very similar to mine so I could totally relate but her story never spoke to me at all. The character is very negative and neither likable or not. Getting thin doesn't change all your problems, but it changes a heck of a lot of them and THAT is an interesting story, though it is barely touched on. I would say the character stays mildly miserable until about the last chapter and all I could think was "why?".
