I love this cookbook. It really does have everything, along with useful information about, for instance, how to choose vegetables and a lot of great tables and lists, such as good toppings for pizza or how to spruce up a veggie burger and much much more. It is my go-to cookbook when I'm searching for new recipes or a new way to prepare a familiar ingredient or even for ways to improve my old standby dishes.

This book had the VERY basic info you need for vegetarian cooking. I am surprised by how thick it was for how very little I got out of it. He starts the books by saying he is not a vegetarian and doesn't think you should be either. That is like writing a book about sex and saying, but don't do it. . . Stupid. Not a very useful book.
