Interesting piece of early '70s pop psychology. Has some almost buddist elements, along with something I can't define off the top of my head. Short, but an entertaining read.

I found this to be an easy-to-read book in question & answer format, discussed by 2 psychoanalysts that are a husband and wife team. The basic lesson is that everyone is in the pursuit of happiness, and believe it or not, that happiness comes from within. It is not an event that we should spend our life waiting for. It is about us taking responsbility for our own lives, our attitude and choices we make. It leads you through several guidance techniques to produce positive changes that can make a huge difference in truly being happy and just pursuing happiness.
