Wow, what a wonderful baking book. You do not need another baking book. Easy to understand. I am always learning and trying new baking techniques and recipes and this is a nice resource.
Chef Malgieri does an excellent job, not only identifying what ingredients are best to use, but also the proper tools to use. The recipes are very easy to follow and explain in great detail everything you need to complete the recipe.
