I loved this book. There is a powerful message that this child born on a war-torn continent can come to America and succeed at the highest level. Helene Cooper is inspirational and a really good writer.

This was a very interesting book. The author is now the White House correspondent for the New York Times. Her personal story of life in Liberia is very touching. If I get time before someone requests this book I will read it again.
