Good story line - YA book, the start of a series. Short chapters, easy reading. Has a good plot - the book within the book type story. Some unexpected twists and enough questions remain to enjoy the next in the series, while securing a good ending for the first book. Not quite Harry Potter league, but two very talented authors. Will continue to read the series. rated 3 3/4 stars
