Love the series! Great Characters !. . I have kept up with Holly and Teddy! and Daisy the Doberman. . .almost hard to post this book as I could read it again, well sorta. . Stu should persue this series and let Stone Barrington rest awhile.

My favorite of the Orchid series. Held my interest throughout as Holly returns to Orchid Beach for a vacation and finds herself embroiled in helping local police find a serial rapist/murderer. The book gallops along with characters from earlier books in the series appearing to keep the action going. A winner that I read in two days and was sorry to see end. Good read!

I cannot tell you how disappointed I was in this book. The plot is poorly thought out, the dialogue is so bad a 3rd grader could have done better. Woods, in my estimation, has steadily gone downhill as a writer and is now just churning them out to keep his editor happy. I want my $10 back.

This was a fast read; however, it kept my attention up to the end. This was my first read by Stuart Woods and his style is simple, to the point. This book would be perfect for a day at the beach or the park to relax and be entertained.

I gobbled this book up like cotton candy. It was about as complex as cotton candy also and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately I figured out who the bad guy was right away but that didn't stop me from reading every word right to the end. This is a great, "get your mind off the world" book. I recommend it to anyone who likes to spend time with Holly Barker.
