from the back cover:
Horrible Harry and his classmates all love Halloween. Everyone wears a costume to school - even Miss Mackle! Harry's costumes got scarier and scarier each year. He's been a slithering snake, a slimy green Loch Ness Monster, and a bloody Count Dracula. So everyone in Room 3B is waiting to see what Harry will be this year - and they're all in for a really big surprise!

This is a very cute Halloween book you can read to your children. I listened to the audio and it was very enjoyable. Here's a description of the book:
Horrible Harry and his classmates all love Halloween. Everyone wears a costume to school-even Miss Mackle. Every Halloween Harry shocks his classmates with his scary costume. In kindergarten he was a bloody Count Dracula, in first grade he was the Loch Ness Monster, and in second grade he was a slithering snake. So everyone in Room 3B can't wait to see what Harry is going to be this year-and they're in for a really big surprise! I would recommend this book to those who love Halloween stories.
