This is a book that is a collection of articles and essays written By the same Author of and the Skylark sings with me. I found it a good book. Not one I need to Keep but one that I am glad i read. It is not a how to as much as it is a book that makes you think about Different ways that Kids learn and we as parents and adults teach. as well as how we were taught effects our teaching styles, the different ways that people learn, and the fact that we are constantly learning ourselves and should be.

A wonderful and encouraging book for parents interested in homeschooling, particularly unschooling. As I read this book, I did not find it to contain many nitty-gritty how-to details or ideas. What I found was a lot of encouragement that homeschooling need not be a complicated headache but was natural, that kid's natural curiosity would lead them down the path of learning. It is a reassuring read for parents contemplating or already involved in homeschooling.
