I do not know if this is a true account or just a novel...but it was so detailed, I have had a hard time reading it...you see the story of the bad Germans and the Jews just trying to survive...it makes you want answers as to how the Holocaust happened and NO ONE stopped it...

This book keeps you interested the whole way through! The courage and determination that the main character shows is amazing and the conflict shown by the other main character makes the reader see the point of view from both sides.
