This is the first in the Nina Quinn mystery series. Quinn owns a garden makeover business, has a cheating husband and miserable teenage stepson - not enough to keep her busy so she gets involved in murder. Predictable, but a fun, fast read.

Not a bad first, though not too terribly exciting either. The plot was decent but lacked pizzaz. I'd like to see the characters have more depth. Numerous typos throughout the book were annoying as heck! Don't these publishers hire proof-readers any more?
For all its flaws I liked the main character enough that I'll give the others in the series a try.

I loved it...the wit, the relationships, the mystery. Fast-paced and fun, a great read for anyone who loves a well-done cozy mystery.
