If you ever wanted to know anything about Hoda, here is the book from the horse's mouth. What an interesting life she has had, so far. You're not going to read "dirt" about anyone, but you're going to get a better look at the people who surround her, family and coworkers. I have a much better perspective of the person she really is after reading this book.

This was a very surprising book for me. I enjoy Hoda as a newswoman and as the co-anchor for the Hoda and Kathie Lee Hour of the Today Show, but I wasn't overly enthused about reading her book. From the first few pages, I was hooked. Hoda writes in a very engaging manner and her life story is very absorbing. I was fascinated by her Egyptian background and her struggles acclimating to life in the USA. Reading about Hoda's life was intriguing. This book compelled me to read it, and when I wasn't reading it I wanted to be reading it. It was a FANTASTIC read and I would highly recommend it. Hoda is someone you root for as you're reading about her. Go Hoda!

Probably not a great book for me as I'm only an occasional Hoda watcher. Her way of getting around divorce and marriage details and some of the medical things made me feel distanced from her. But her account of meeting and forming a team with Kathie Lee Gifford was interesting. I think a bigger fan would probably absolutely love this!
