Helpful Score: 2
Thinking Lucky Harbor is just a temporary pit stop in her newly uprooted life; Becca is pleasantly surprised at how soon she is taken with the town and its people. She finds herself taking in the sights, mainly of the Sexy Grumpy Surfer, as she has named him, and supplementing her income with a job, or two.
Sexy Grumpy Surfer, aka as Sam, knows Becca has her secrets, but he cant stop thinking about her and the chemistry they conduct. Sam has rules about mixing business with pleasure and he tries to follow his own rule, only to succumb happily.
Its no secret that Jill Shalvis is one of my favorite writers and that this series has held me a willing captive since day one so when I received this new book I giggled as I opened it and grinned like an idiot while I read it. I wish I could find another word to describe the warm fuzzy feeling I get when I read a story and love it this much, but I cant. I loved it. I loved them, I love the town and by Goddess I love Jill Shalvis for writing stories that DO make me feel and warm and fuzzy - content and happy and positively aching for the next one.
If I was a poet I would write an Ode to Jill but Im not, so I wont but its the thought that counts anyways, right? So Jill, I thought about it.
If you dont love Becca and Sam you need to rush to the ER and demand a heart transplant ASAP! Yours has gone defective! They are practically perfect in every way. I love their friendship, their passion; I loved them separately and as a couple. I love their friends and the stories they have coming, you can tell they are going to be good ones especially Olivias!
Lucky Harbor is a series you need to visit. Every story is worth the read every book a keeper.

This book was given to me by the author/publisher in exchange for an honest review.
