In case you don't want to bother reading all of Howell's Highland series, here's the plot for them all.
1) Tiny feisty, sweet, loving heroine (for some reason she's always tiny)
2) Large dark hero with a wounded heart who no longer trusts women
3) Someone bad after either both of them or after the heroine
4) Heroine is abducted, then rescued by the hero
5) #4 makes hero realize that he loves the heroine
That's pretty much the plot for every book in the Highland series I have read. This is the last one I will read because I've become bored with the recycled plot.
