I really enjoyed the characters but I was HUGELY disappointed in the ending! Everyone (and I mean everyone) lied to Tamsyn and she is robbed of the opportunity to choose to see her mother before she dies and within one week she has forgiven everyone and she apologizes for being selfish. Tamsyn swore that she wanted someone who would put her first but not one person did. Interestingly, the hero seemed to get that he did a horrible thing and did not deserve to be forgiven. Tamsyn just became a dormat at the end. She should have just stuck with her gay lawyer fiance if she wanted to be treated badly.
