Well written and well organized. He tells some good stories and they are not all about 1996, either. Not that I mind reading about 1996 on Everest, where he helped with a rescue before getting back to his own reason for being there. But the rock climbing explanations and pictures are excellent. Also enjoyed reading about his apprenticeship in filmmaking.

I love reading about climbers' lives and how they got started in this really risky sport. Breashears explains all.

My husband loved this book about mountain climbing on Everest, and has since shared it with his Mamasita. Next it will go to work for others to read, and never be swapped.
