A really good science fiction book, the winner of the Hugo and Nebula Awards about Medieval English village transported to a different world in a space ship, and having to fight a war with their Medieval weapons against aliens.
SF book from my childhood. Read it for the memories and it improved with age.
Very entertaining, often very funny, hard to put down. Highly recommended book!
Another great Poul Anderson novel.
