Extremely suspenseful. Loved the setting of Block Island, its small-town atmosphere, and the way the narrator slowly, ever so slowly dished out information about her background and what was propelling the drama that became ever more dangerous as the plot unfolded. Very well-done and now I want to read the whole series.
