I thoroughly enjoyed this book. This one was so down to earth and touched me in so many ways. It also made me a little sad at times because this was written around the time of the first President Bush/Clinton era. Deb Price writes with great hope regarding the GLBT community in regards to issues such as gays and lesbians being able to be out in the military and our right to marry, which sadly hasn't come true yet.
It was however, good to know that she was the first lesbian columnist in major newspapers!! I really like the way she & Joyce write, and looked forward to reading it. :-)
