I love this book. It's incredibly useful for creating your own customized skin and hair care. I check it out from the library all the time and should suck it up and buy the darn thing. I am especially in love with her Miracle Grains recipe for a soap-free skin cleanser. I make up huge batches at a time and use it every day.
