This book provides detailed instructions on how to do henna body art. Most of the book is devoted to technique. This book has six designs. It provides a chapter on how to complete free hand designs. There is also a chapter on practice designs. This is very detailed work and it needs a steady hand.

This is a nice little kit. It includes a book, some Henna to get started with and more.

Note - the post office will reject this for book/media rate mail. (I found this out the hard way).
