Although I\'m not a usual fan of the crime drama genre, this was a good read. My first by this author. I found it to be an interesting mix of two stories going on at the same time.

Catherine Coulter grabs your attenion within the first few pages. Having to put the book down to deal with "real life" is difficult as you are waiting to see what happens next. She describes her charecters, the scenes, the action in wonderful detail. Your brain will have a movie playing in your head as you read.

Easy reading but, exciting all the way through
A little predictable. Follows same plot format as previous FBI books (i.e., main character makes stupid move to put herself in danger; and is rescued by her handsome protector). But, all in all, a very good read. Very fast-paced.

Did Lily try to kill herself or did her husband murder her WAS IT A MURDER conspiracy to gain control of some very valuable paintings. I couldnt put it down--great read.

I've not read a mystery novel by a female author but in this case it was a good experience of weaving a two part FBI case into one result.
