Although I\'m not a usual fan of the crime drama genre, this was a good read. My first by this author. I found it to be an interesting mix of two stories going on at the same time.

I admit to being a fan of Catherine Coulters FBI series. I find the books interesting, thrilling, and she adds a bit of humor in her writing.

The characters Savich and Sherlock are great together and I always look forward to their next FBI thriller.

Catherine Coulter grabs your attenion within the first few pages. Having to put the book down to deal with "real life" is difficult as you are waiting to see what happens next. She describes her charecters, the scenes, the action in wonderful detail. Your brain will have a movie playing in your head as you read.
This book has suspense, action and a little romance.
Although it is part of her FBI series, it is a great stand alone story.

FBI agent Dillon Savich has learned that his sister, Lily, has tried to commit suicide by crashing her car. Is it a murder conspiracy by her husband and his family to gain her very valuable paintings? Simon Russo, art expert and old friend, and Lily enter into danger.
Great reading!
Another good Sherlock and Savich book. Always enjoy reading about their adventures. Good suspense and mystery.
I love this FBI thriller series by Catherine Coulter. Every book was better than the next.

this is an FBI thriller about 2 agents and there fight to bring justice against criminals.
Another one of Coulter's FBI series with Savich and Sherlock. This one will keep you on the edge, a real page-turner.
This book is the 6th in an AWESOME series.
FBI agents Dillon and Lacey Sherlock Savich return (The Maze, etc.) in Coulter's latest romance thriller to take down the satanic child-killing Tuttle twins in a Maryland barn before rushing off to California to save Dillon's sister, Lily, from her in-laws. Once an accomplished cartoonist, Lily has battled depression since the death of her daughter despite, or perhaps because of, her husband, a psychiatrist more devoted to Lily's inheritance (her famous grandmother's paintings) than to Lily. After Dillon's friend, debonair art broker Simon Russo, reveals that four of the paintings are forgeries, Lily finds herself hypnotized, mugged, caught in a fire, chased onto a cliff and kidnapped as she and Simon fly from Washington to California to Sweden. Coulter creates such vivid characters and fast-moving plotlines that fans of her almost 50 novels will overlook her occasional leaps of logic (tiny Lily defeats a mugger with a few quick karate chops) and boilerplate dialogue (" `A young guy tried to murder me this morning.' `What? Oh, God, no!' "). In return, she spices up her story with a dash of gothic horror, a splash of romance and a steady determination not to take herself or her genres too seriously. When Lily is forced to don a chic Art Deco dress while imprisoned in a castle so she can be married against her will to a blind villain in a wheelchair, what's a reader to do but guess how long it will take the hero to climb out of the fjord to save her and calculate just how long it will take this cop confection to become a bestseller. (Aug.)Forecast: Coulter's genre-blending habits don't faze her loyal fans. Earlier Dillon and Lacey Sherlock adventures were all bestsellers, and most likely this one will be, too
Great book.
This is the 6th in the series featuring the husband-and wife team of FBI agents Savich and Sherlock.
Good book - great series. Loved it!
I absolutely enjoy these page turner mysteries. I look forward to the next book to come out in theseries
Easy reading but, exciting all the way through
A little predictable. Follows same plot format as previous FBI books (i.e., main character makes stupid move to put herself in danger; and is rescued by her handsome protector). But, all in all, a very good read. Very fast-paced.
A Dillon Savisch book that involves the mystery associate with his sister's four paintings.
This book is one of Coulter's best---very suspenseful and creepy. It is the 6th novel in her FBI series and features agent Dillon Savich.
Another great FBI thriller!
one the best fbi thrilles ever
FBI agents Dillon Savich and his wife, Lacey Sherlock, are in the middle of a frightening case involving two psychopathic killers and a series of ghoulish kidnappings, when trouble hits on the home front. Dillon's younger sister, Lily, has been injured after crashing her sports utility vehicle into a giant redwood tree and, if Dillon is to believe Lily's father-in-law, the crash was no accident. But was it another suicide attempt, the second since Lily's daughter was killed by a hit-and-run driver just seven months ago? Convinced that fast answers could save Lily's life, Dillon and Lacey race to California's Hemlock Bay, and what they find proves shocking even to them.
This is one of the best in the FBI series by Coulter. Full of suspense and twists. Sherlock and Savich really have their hands full in this one.
Sixth novel in the series about Savich and Sherlock.
Very good read.
Very good read.
Excellent book, it kept me turning pages and reading every minute I could. Good characters and story line. My first book by this author, but not my last.
This is the sixth novel i the FBI series. Tammy Tuttle becomes the nemesis of FBI agent Dillon Savich. If this isn't enough, Savich learns that his sister, Lily has crashed her Explorer in an apparent suicide attempt. Or is it really a murder conspiracy by her husband & his family to gain Lily's very valuable paintings? Enter Simon Russo, art expert, and longtime friend of Savich's. Together, Russo & Lily are thrust into ever-widening circles of danger that radiate from a notorious collector's locked room. Savich & Sherlock are in top form.
this book is a series of the dillon savich/and his wife sherlock, they are both fbi agents and awful things happen to them. a must read
FBI Agent Dillon Savich is on a challenging case involving the kidnapping of two teenage boys, when trouble boils up in his personal life. His younger sister, Lily, has crashed her Explorer into a redwood in California's Hemlock Bay. Is it another suicide attempt, the second since the loss of her young daughter some seven months before? Savich and his wife and fellow agent, Lacey Sherlock, discover that four of Lily's paintings-left to her by their very famous grandmother, artist Sarah Elliott, and now worth millions-are at the heart of an intricate conspiracy. Lily and art broker Simon Russo are thrust into ever-widening circles of danger that radiate from a notorious collector's locked room.
This is an FBI thriller. My wife liked it.
FBI special agent Dillon Savich rescues two boys who were about to be dismembered by the Warlocks, a sibling pair of psychotic serial killers, in an eerie X-Files-type encounter. Killing Tommy and shooting off Timmy's arm, Dillon discovers that Timmy is really Tammy. Assuming that the case is closed, he and his wife, Sherlock, also an FBI agent, head home, where they get a phone call informing them that Dillon's sister, Lily, is in the hospital. Lily insists that her car crash was not a second attempt to take her life in the wake of the death of her six-year-old daughter. Dillon investigates and uncovers a possible motive for murder: Lily's husband and/or in-laws would have benefited from her death since she inherited some paintings worth millions of dollars. Dillon calls in his art expert friend, Simon, who discovers that half the paintings have been stolen and replaced with forgeries. Lily finds a friend and soulmate in Simon as they face danger in their quest for the paintings and the thieves. Meanwhile one-armed Tammy has escaped custody, and Dillon may be the only one who can stop her from killing again
The husand and wife team are at it again. This time they meet Tammy Tuttle. Dillon's sister is in a car accident. Was it sttempted murder or a suicide attempt. This one will make you look under your bed.

Exciting mystery with Savich and Sherlock at their best. Great Book, couldn't put it down
very good read an FBI thriller. They must go after a team serial killer with stunning surprize and what looks like supernatural elements
Another good book by Catherine Coulter.
I've not read a mystery novel by a female author but in this case it was a good experience of weaving a two part FBI case into one result.
The 6th FBI thriller in Coulter's series.
Another winner for Sherlock and Savich!!
Very good series and I'm not even reading them in order.
great read
Great book. Very exciting.
