HELP WITH THE HARD STUFF is a fantastic workbook about handling life as a Type 1 Diabetic teen or as the parent of one. The guide includes information concerning management of the disease for both teens and parents, as well as quizzes before each chapter to test prior knowledge.

This book is divided into two sections, one for the parents and one for the teens.

This is the perfect must-have handbook for both teens living with this disease and their parents. By being divided into two sections, both groups will feel equally represented. It answers all of the tough questions that haven't been addressed in the past, in an easy-to-understand format.

This guidebook provides insight for teens and parents, helping them to better understand this challenging condition.
