I found this book to be light reading. It was a really good start to a series about a woman that is infected with nanobytes. However it was not one of my favorites by this author.

This book was hysterical....Just imagine a cyber sorority girl!!!!I read this in just 2hrs. and laughed out loud the whole time. There is also a short story at the end that is funny too. Ms. Davidson knows how to make us laugh. Enjoy!

I started reading it and was so bored & didn't like the story line

This was a fairly good book, although while reading it I had to wonder if the only lead females this author can write about it are sarcastic twits. It did have it's fun moments though, so if you're looking for a light, fast read, this is for you.

Hysterical!! The laugh out loud kind of funny that will have people looking at you.

A great, quick read. Comical and whacky but definitely not exactly thought provoking. It's definitely a fun, light read though and I will be getting the rest of the series.

This was my very first MaryJanice Davidson book. I hope her others are better. This story was alright but not one of my favorites. It reminded me a lot of bionic women and I kept coming back to the show that was on tv last year. LOL. If you liked the show, you'll probably like this book. Totally different characters but had a lot in common. This story is somewhat entertaining but felt like it was threw together, being under 200 pages. If your bored and out of books to read, go for it!

Cute story. Humorous and witty, and of course it has a sexy protagonist involved which is always a bonus.

Stacey is on a fun reunion night with her sorority sisters when they get into an unexpected car crash. She wakes up in a hospital and finds herself part of a secret government project that has turned her into a cyborg. A good funny read.

While I enjoyed this book, I didn't enjoy it as much as some of her other series. It is still a good read but I laughed through the first book of the Alaskan Royals and this one, not until near the end.
still a good book and worth a read
still a good book and worth a read

Expected more from MJD, but then every author has to have a lame series.
This was different from my normal vampire, wizard, witch, books that I tend to read, but since I am a MJD fan I thought I would test it out. Its a cute read and an interesting plot. I will probably read more in this series, but Id much rather read about Betsy.
This was a light read. If a sequel came out for this book I would probably read it, but it is no comparison to her Queen Betsy series.
Great Series!
Loved it!! So funny! One of my favorite authors.
The writer's style is a bit frenetic, but a cute story.
Good book for some light reading without too much thought.
Good Davidson story, each book she gets better. I have a few of her early books, and she is writing much better.
Light reading currently on the up front offerings in bookstores.
Typical MJD book - fun!
Humerous and outrageous plot! Vintage MaryJanice!
fast easy and fun read!
Funny and very quick read.
A quick and enjoyable read.
Not her best but still amusing
Caitlyn James is salon-owner in her mid-twenties, a woman who changes her hairstyle to suit her needs and moods. After a limo accident in Miami (a trip she had taken with her best pals to celebrate her birthday), she wakes up in a Minnesota hospital only to discover that she's been fixed up with nanobytes--she's the new Six Billion Dollar woman. None too thrilled that she's been enhanced without her knowledge or permission, Caitlyn has trouble adjusting to her newfound powers--and the fact that she now is indebted to The Boss, the man who had her enhanced and who runs a top-secret government organization.
Caitlyn agrees to perform one job for The Boss--find and "neutralize" the guy responsible for infecting the world's computers with nasty viruses that download porn on a person's computer. When she finds the suspect, she realizes the geek only needs a thirty-second sexual encounter to curb his porn-virus habits.
Only, of course, one job isn't enough for The Boss. There's another cyborg-enhanced OSF Agent loose in the world, someone who has gone rogue and is killing the doctors who make up the team that made them. The Boss is determined that Caitlyn will find the rogue agent--who he believes is Dmitri--and bring him to justice. Unfortunately, Dmitri is the first guy Caitlyn's been attracted to in a long time, and she has doubts that he's really the killer.
Another MJD story with a sassy, loud-mouthed heroine, a to-die-for hero, and a best friend who pulls no punches in the form of Stacy, HELLO, GORGEOUS! is a quick, fast read.
The story is rather short, but it's funny and typical MJD.

Godd but not as good a Dead series.
From the back cover:
They wanted her to save the world, she just wants to shop.
Heres the story: One minute Im out with my sorority sisters; the nest, theres a terrible accident (beyond my friend Stacys outfit), and Im waking up in some weird clinic with the Eggheads Du Jour telling me Im now officially a human cyborg, and Im supposed to work for them from now on. You know, super spy stylestop people from doing evil things and stuff. Uh, hello did I ask for this? Ive got a beauty salon to run. If those bad guys need highlights and a pedicure, call me. Otherwise, Ill be at the bar.
Okay. So it is cool to more faster than a Ford Mustang when I need to, even if its totally hard on m shoes. But I just want to get back to my old, normal life. Except The Boss thats his name, I swear wants me to bring in another human cyborg on the run. And heres the thing: Hes totally gorgeous. Smart. Funny. And, um, his enhancements? Lets just say hes not faster than a speeding bullet, if you know what I mean. So whats a former party girl-turned-spy-cyborg supposed to do? Arrest the hunk? Turn him in? Neutralize him? As if
