This was a very intriguing murder/mystery book.
I had never read Jack Higgins before I read this book. I enjoyed this book so much, that now I will be interested in reading more of his novels.

Lots of suspense.
good mystery, it kept me guessing
A killer walks the London streets.
When the body of a young woman - the fifth to die in as many weeks - is found in a rain soacked alley, the city's gripped with mortal fear. A mad killer known as the Rainlover walks among them, and no one, not even the police, knows when he will strike again.
I cant explain what it was about this book I enjoyed. It was kind of vague, simple, and not many twists. But nonetheless enjoyable. This was the first Jack Higgins book I have read but not the last.

Multiple plots and characters intertwine in this thriller that makes the pages fly. Great story from a great writer.
