This book has 22 chapters - each devoted to a different person such as William Carey, Amy Carmichael, Jim Elliot, Charles Fuller, H. B. Garlock, Adoniram Judson, Eric Liddell, Paul Little, David Livingstone, Lottie Moon, John R. Mott, Bob PierceWarren Shibley, Mary Slessor, Oswald J. Smith, C. T. Studd, Hudson Taylor, William Townsend, Dawson Trotman, Nikolaus Ludwig von Zinzendorf, and Samuel Zwemer. Reading about well-known names as well as little known names was educational. An example would be that Billy Graham asked Paul Little to be the assistant program director for the International Congress for World Evangelization in 1974. I agree with the author - these are truly Heaven's Heroes.
