A fun anthology by wonderful children's authors. My 7-year-old loved the variety of stories. I thought they were excerpted very well from the larger works -- they had good beginnings, middles and ends that made them feel like they were complete, instead of just being teasers of the novels. A neat read for a 7-year-old (or a 6-year-old or 8-year-old).
