I learned a lot about emotional obsessions and their power over us through this book. Insightful AND helpful, which are sometimes not found in the same book - but in this one, they are. My awareness of emotions and their effect was definitely raised.

This book shows you how to free yourself from compulsions, fixations, obsessions and addictions that prevent us from living a full life. Good read.
