This is a great 6 week daily devotional and journal book to prepare you for a Healthy Holiday Season. It is written by the creators of First Place, which is a Christ Centered program. It also includes Healthy Holiday Menus and Recipes. I completed this bible study last year and found that it was a great way to truly reflect on the true reason for the holidays.
