I really enjoyed this book. It is an unusual mystery with intriguing characters and some unexpected twists.
The book's premise is a good one; if you enjoyed John Grisham's "The Firm" it's on the same idea. Somehow it didn't meet my expectations. From the first chapter I was thinking to myself the actions of the characters were highly improbable. The narrator was excellent, however and brought the various characters to life. I would probably enjoy listening to him read the dictionary.
I really liked this book! It kept my interest and I couldn't wait to find out what was going to happen next. There was good character development and I cared about each one. It felt very tightly written...there were no loose ends, it didn't leave you wondering about small details. This was my first Colin Harrison book, but it won't be my last!
