The inhabitants of Cornwall Coomb form a closeknit community. They follow the old ways and their livelihood comes from the land. Theirs is an exclusive group; not everyone is welcome
Leaving city life for the country, Ned and Beth, with daughter Kate, are cautiously welcomed new arrivals. But Ned soon discovers there is something sinister lurking behind the homespun facade.
Bwahahah.
Written in the '70's and reads like the '70's. Still a very good read. I grew up around the Amish in Wisconsin and found a thrilling familiarity with the old-timey people of Cornwall Coomb.
