This is the worst book in Alyssa Brooks series. I could not sympathize with the female character. I found that I could not wait for this book to end. I ended up putting it down, unfinished. Nothing at all like I had expected given the two previous books from this series.

This was basically one sex scene after another, held together by a very, very thin thread. I could not stand the 'heroine' - what a whiney, neurotic, head case, vacillating back & forth so many times I needed a scorecard. The hero should have run the other way, but hey - sometimes you don't get what you want, you get what you deserve. And these two deserve each other.

This book was an okay read. I found it to be somewhat frustrating at times concerning the plot. A lot of back and forth....hence the title. Of course it has a happy ending which is always good. However, the naughty scenes left me wanting more it seemed like.....overall, not the worst but not the best book ever.....
