I've been a fan of Jane Lynch for a few years now, so when I saw my library had a copy of her memoir, I eagerly checked it out and began reading it that very day.

This is a warm, funny, odd glimpse into the life of a warm, funny, slightly odd comedic actress with abundant talent, quirky humor and a love of her craft and fellow craftsmen (that last word is probably very un-PC). I enjoyed reading about Lynch's family while growing up on the south side of Chicago, the friends/actors who eventually became her surrogate family, and the instant family she joined when she married her wife.

There were a few instances where it felt like things were rolled over quickly or were not made mention of until the end of the book. Other than that, I truly enjoyed this glimpse into the life of a wonderful actress and quirky human being.
