I really enjoyed this book. It provided an unusual point of view of the World War II era in that Hansi grew up under the wings of the Nazi regime and didn't realize what the Nazi's were actually doing until their defeat.
A true story and a good read.

An incredible true story of a girl who was in young nazis growing up in Germany in 1940's. Fascinating.
The latest versions of this book are titled "Hansi The Girl Who Left The Swastika".
It's a very interesting book about German citizenry during the war. The Christian aspect is far from the emphasis of most of the book; meaning, you can easily read this book for it's insight into history alone and not be overwhelmed by it's Christian viewpoint.
