Excellent military scient fiction, fast paced, impressive writing.
A pre-Collapse computer is using General Raj Whitehall to reunite the planet and to start Man's return to techno-logical civilization across the whole galaxy. Raj is willing, but he must overcome barbarians, cowardice and envy among his own officers and an insecure leader.
