Wall and the crew have just finished building a totally rad half pipe in his backyard. The half pipe is so popular with the skate rats at school that kids start tagging it with some cool graffiti. At the same time, Wall's English teacher, Ms. Delillo, finds that someone is tagging her classroom, and even her house. Ms. Delillo and the cops think a skater did it, and since Wall is barely scraping by in English, they're beginning to suspect him. The crew have to nail the vandal to clear Wall's name--before he is suspended.
