I enjoyed this book as I usually do Lora Leigh. I didnt think it was the best of the pleasure stories but still glad I read it. Ms. Leigh does bug me in one area though...Just because a women is aroused doesnt mean she cant think. Its sexual arousal not a lobotomy!
Good menage sex as well as a great connection between the characters.

I was disappointed in this book. From the cover on through the book there are alot of things wrong.Khalid is a arab described as deeply bronzed. Well, on the cover the model is so pale, then Marty is described as waxed... a few chapters later she has curls? What's up with all the errors in editing?
Khalid seems to be very liberal with allowing the third to have sexual contact with Marty. He's allowed to kiss her on the mouth etc. Khalid behaves alot more like a third in the relationship than her true love.
I di enjoy reading Khalid's background & seeing the way his mind thinks but overall this book was not a fave of mine.

Good read - not her best but pretty good. It had the Lora Leigh trademarks - hot sex with macho guys and lots of action - but it felt like half a book. Perhaps it was just that the end felt rushed.
On the plus side - Khalid and Shayne are both great characters, classic hero material. I liked Khalid fighting his own protective nature to let her be herself, and adventurous, risk-taking agent. Shayne is certainly being lined up as a future hero. I liked the heroine, Marty. She was determined to be her own person.
Plot wise I had some serious issues with the ending. All sorts of highly trained folks are guarding the house [including checking the interior] yet a dozen bad guys manage to get in and stage a major gun battle - and no one notices.
Books in this series tend to be chronological - so it would it be better to read them in order. The last three Pleasure books are especially closely knit; Khalid is a major sub-character in Only Pleasure.
As it is part of the Bound Hearts series - menage sex is pretty much a given...
Bound Hearts
1. Surrender (2003)
2. Submission / Seduction (omnibus) (2004)
3. Wicked Sacrifice: Wicked Intent / Sacrifice (omnibus) (2006)
4. Forbidden Pleasure (2007)
4. Shameless Embraces: Embraced / Shameless (omnibus) (2007)
5. Wicked Pleasure (2008)
6. Only Pleasure (2009)
7. Guilty Pleasure (2010)

I am a fan of Lora Leigh, but this book is too much for my erotic taste. I don't want to give away the premise of the book, but I just couldn't wrap my head around how a man who loves a woman is willing to share her with another man. Not even finishing reading this one. But reading is a very personal experience, and some of you might actually get into it!

Great series. Love Lora Leigh. I did catch the editing error and I agree that Khalid would be more possessive, but I still loved the story. It is a keeper. Hope there are more.
I kind of lost interest in the story about 3/4 of the way through and I agree with the previous posters that the ending is kind of rushed. Overall, not my most favorite of the series.
This was not a favorite for me. There didn't seem to be much romance just "sex". The language did not suggest love but just plain sex. Khalid showed himself to be possessive of his lover but chose to share her with a third. There did seem to be a bit of dominance in there also. Not one of my favorites.
This book was good but it was a typical Lora Leigh book. Yes, it's hot and the characters were likable. If you want a quick read then this is for you.
The book was a great read for mr..I will agree with the reviewer before me..there were some inconsistencies within the book...such as the author stating in the book early on that Marty is waxed but then later on she had curls....but then again I just put it off "Marty was too busy to go to the spa..."LOL...I thought Shayne (Khalid's third) was an interesting character..wouldn't seeing him featured in his own book...though I do wonder if the author wants us to assume Marty will have the type of relationship eith Khalid and Shayne that her parents and her godfather have... All in all great book...can't wait to see who the next book focus will be on..
smokin' hot love lora leigh books! threesomes are hot!
I can't believe the Amazon reviews this story got. When I saw this book in the library, I picked it up, thinking it wouldn't be as good as her others, because I had read the reviews beforehand.
Boy, was I wrong. What an intense story, and great two characters. The story didn't focus on Shayne too much, and there was an unexpected action scene which was pretty dramatic, in a good way. Not too dramatic.
The story itself though, was more like a background. Marty and Khalid's relationship was really the main focus, which was a nice change. I hate when books focus more on the background story then the romance. It should be evenly divided. Though that's not the case in this book, it was still an addicting story! I couldn't put it down. I literally read it all in one day. I usually take a few days to read one book, because I read a bunch at a time. But I had to finish this one. It was unbelievably passionate and lusty.

This is by one of my favorite authors. This book is HOT! If curse words offend you, this book is not for you, but if you love Lora Leigh, this does not disappoint.

This is a wonderful book. I love Lora Leigh's books. They are a bit edgy so if you do not care for multiple sex partners and explicit sex scenes, this is not the book or author for you.
3 stars A rather disappointing entry in the Bound series. Khalid and Marty were cardboard characters and Shayne (the third in their relationship) was even more so. Khalid's history was rather interesting but as usual with many alpha heroes, they withhold information to keep their lovers safe, and that just builds frustration, not sexual tension. The sexual excitement that usually surrounds The Club background in this series was seriously lacking in this story.
