A friend bought this for me when she realized I was having problems dealing my Dad's absence and hostility towards me...I didn't read the whole thing, but I read enough to know that it wasn't for me. However, for someone who is a very devout Christian, it would be an excellent book to help cope with the pain of an absent father and to move on with your life.
