I LOVE this book.
My child has been having seizures daily for more than three years, and I thought that I knew a lot about seizures and epilepsy. This book taught me so much more. It explains that there are seizure syndromes, and seizure types, and sometimes weird behavior that can be mistaken for autism. My child was diagnosed with autism earlier this year, and this book is now making me wonder if he simply has a different kind of epilepsy. This book is wonderful!! I refer to it all the time. I've read it twice and my husband picks it up every now and then. There is so much new information out there. Study and learn and educate yourself so that when you talk to your doctors they treat you like a colleague and will hopefully get your baby figured out quicker and better!!
