This was my first introduction to Grimm Fairy Tales and sadly it probably wasn't a great place to start. It was however, a pretty solid story as I was expecting something like Fables & SHIELD combined. I understand that the post scripts are meant to be helpful so people know where to seek out certain back story elements, but they just felt like a cheap ploy to hawk the other books. A simple panel with a little back story & post script would have been a bit better.
I do like the concept. The art is good, but only a man would think that saving the world will be done in stripper attire. Those items are really more decorative than functional as one punch would cause a wardrobe malfunction of epic proportions.
