Very good book. Set in the late 1100s it is the story of Henry II and his sons. The main character is William Marshall a very talented knight. He is loyal to the crown throughout. The story is beautifully told, characters are developed very well. The pace moves well. A very good read

I thought this book was excellent! It was well written and interesting all the way through. Based on a true story and historically accurate but not in the least bit boring! I plan on reading the following book.
