I like Jordan Rubin's books. Just as with the others you may not want or be able to apply all the information but there is still much to gain and learn. Iliked the fact that it gives you natural ways to lower cholesteral and protect yourself without using dangerous drugs with side effects. It is more than just a diet book and covers many other areas of your health. Very informative and worth the read.
