This book is the basis of the Disney movie "One of our Dinosaurs is missing". However in typical Disney style they kept the bits they liked, and threw out the parts that wouldn't be allowed in one of their theme parks. The book has a contemporary setting, in which a group of doughty nannies steal a dinosaur skeleton in order to prevent Chinese agents from regaining a microdot which had been concealed upon it. It is probably not appropriate for younger children, but might be suitable for teens with a taste for whimsy.
