I have always liked this book being "not a morning person" myself. The repetition of the word "UP" was good for my soon-to-be reader to search and find.
A favorite for reading in bed on a lazy weekend morning when someone (often Mom or Dad!) is reluctant to get up...very cute and cheerful.
Very colorful illustrations with words that are great for the very beginner reader! A book about waking up, helps the little one understand how getting out of bed can be fun!
