I loved this book. The story is told from an 11yr old girl's point of view. I am 40, it reminds me of being a kid and thinking the same way. And as a parent, it reminds me of what not to do. Kids are smarter than you think. I can't describe the plot without giving away some of the surprises. Just read it, once get to about chapter 5, you are hooked, I didn't put it down until I had finished the whole book. It is funny, sincere, smart, and has great characters. Don't worry nothing terrible happens, reccomeded for ages 8 to 88 !
