A story about two sisters that are separated at birth and find each other as adults. An exciting relatioship drama that alternates first person chapters between the two siblings as they try to untangle their past and their parents complicated history. A good chronicle of familial love!

"Sisters Grace and Favor could not be more opposite, their lives indelibly marked by the tragic events that separated them decades earlier. Now they are about to meet, and everything they believe about their pasts, and perhaps themselves, will change...

Favor lives with her husband and two teenagers in a modest house in London. Brought up by her father, she believes that her mother died during childbirth. Always curious about her missing sister, her hunger to find Grace is fast becoming an obsession."

Grace, single, sophisticated and successful in everything except relationships, leads a writer's solitary life in her Long Island beach house. Raised by foster parents, she doesn't understand why her father left his entire fortune to her, why she is again choosing the wrong man to love - or why the truth bout her past may shatter her reality.

Two sisters, Total opposites

Wife, mother, and London suburbanite, Favor was raised by her roguish publishing magnate father, but always wondered about the mother she was told died in childbirth - and the sister she never met. Now, she's determined to find Grace. But whether Grace wants to be found is a different matter entirely..

Sophisticated writer Grace is successful in everyting except relationships. She has a brilliant career, a beach house in the Hamptons, a huge inheritance and no one to share the wealth. She's also got a secret about her dead mother, and more than a few questions about her estranged father.. starting with why he left his fortune to her instead of Favor..
