This expository writing and the story that illustrates the premise of the writer makes this book one that isn't easy to put down and I read it in two sittings.

Nelson writes a beautiful tale. He personalizes an historical account of the mindset of atheistic nations with his own experience adopting a girl from the Ukraine. He expands on the notion of how the grace of God is very personal, but also spreads into communities and nations through the actions of Christians. While atheists may claim they can act morally, their lack of action in the world community belies their words.
