This book is out in hardback. I did not think that it was as good as some of Gutcheon's other books. She starts with 100 pgs. of back-story, as though it all needs to be told in order to understand the present. The problem, though, is that when she finally tells the present story, it is a letdown, after the long wait and background. If you haven't read any of her novels, I would not suggest this as her first; unsatisfying, at best.
