Good Morning Good Night
Author: Teresa Imperato, Laurie Young, Melanie Mitchell (Illustrator)
This touchable book is perfect for bedtime! Children read about the activities of a cute and cuddly animal in the daytime, then open the folded pages to reveal the furry, touch-and-feel animal sleeping after its busy day. The final spread is a child who can be "tucked in" by the reader with a soft and fuzzy tactile blanket.

My daughter loves this book! I recommend it for ages 2 and up. Kids continue to love the "touchy-feely" books up through elementary school, I have found. We especially like lifting up the little fleece blanket at the end of the book to tickle the little girl's feet. It's fun to read the rhyming text aloud, plus it makes a great bedtime story because calmness always follows action on each two-page spread. The fold-out pages are not board pages, but they are quite sturdy. Highly recommended!
